So I have a problem with printing an Excel document that needs to go to various clients. With the same settings on an HP and Cannon printer I am able to perfectly print a document on the Cannon but on the HP LaserJet it displays a column on a second page when I print preview. I am noticing this to be the case on any HP LaserJet and I have a theory that the physical capabilities are different.

Now knowing this I am not just looking for someone to tell me that I am right or wrong. I am looking for a solution that can help standardize the printing on both the HP and the Cannon. These Excel documents are going to clients by e-mail and we can't go through the trouble of explaining to them how to resize the columns if they don't fit in the print screen.

Any suggestions?
