Excel, how to select columns which do not have a particular word in

So on Excel I have 2 columns I need to sort, one with about 1000 names and one with the same amount of numbers, I have sorted the numbers easily enough using =IF(B:B>0.1,TRUE,FALSE) function but want to sort the names columns, I want to sort it so that if the names do not include a particular word(s) they will come up as true on the results.

Just to clarify, column A are the names, column B are the numbers, Column C are the True/False I have done for the numbers and now want column D to show true/false if column A does not have a particular word(s) in
