Question .exe apps freeze randomly for 1second-1minute(games, desktop, taskbar, browsers)

Hey everyone!

Recently upgraded my PC. New MoBo, CPU + cooler and RAM. Everything works super smooth and super happy with performance... but I get random freezes to everything that just "Runs". Games, browsers, discord. Cursor keeps moving I can ALT+TAB but the program just screen freezes itself from 1second to 1 minute(sometimes even crashes the whole PC). Before looking to swap/change parts. Am I missing something? all drivers up to date, PC got full reset. Did sfc/scannow cmd admin 100% all good. Disabled/enabled integrated graphics card. Both discs have ~90GB free space.

New :

• MoBo : ASRock A620M-HDV/M.2+
• CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, 4.7GHz, AM5, 32MB
• RAM : Patriot Viper Venom, DDR5, 16 GB, 5600 MHz CL40

Old :

• GPU : Inno3D GAMING OC GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6 GB
• Power supply unknown 500w
• SSD samsung 256GB
• HDD 256 GB kingston

test with a new psu? - before buying a new one wanted to check if i have missed something
latest motherboard bios? - good call! There is an update for bios - will be doing that!
