Hi, again
My question is I was at a site called tech arp which has a bios optimization guide there. and the entry execute disable bit is there, now one of the operating systems that is not listed is Windows 7 which is what I have 64 bit home premium. It says both the operating system and hardware have to support this. The entry is in my bios for my gigabyte z77 ud5 and is enabled by deafult because my processor supports it, but I'm not sure that my operating system supports it. Could you find out for me, if My operating system supports this? If Not I';m sure you will say that I should disable it which is what I will do.
Thanks so much!
Steve
