exFat vs NFTS

I have an 850 evo 1tb msata, which one should I do?

edit oops i meant ntfs

I am trying to install a new ssd, and I'm up to the stage where i make a partition, i am in partition wizard, help me complete it please

NTFS is a far more stable and safer file system. exFAT is only for cross compatibility with Mac computers. So there's no need for exFAT on an internal SSD, just go with NTFS.
