Quick question.
Is there suppose to be noticeable exhaust coming from my PSU?
Exhaust as in I can feel hot/cool air blowing from the PSU itself, as I could with my case fan or GPU?

Granted my PSU has the "Fan goes on when needed" setting Corsair has for this PSU, but I don't notice any exhaust at all aside from that the exhaust plate itself is hot.
I have the RM750 from Corsair.

Solution
Corsair C90

So basically the temps it is on right now is not hot enough to make the fan spin? Is it normal for the exhaust plate to be hot to the touch then? (hotter than the GPU at least, but not that much hotter).

"Hot to the touch" is not an empirical measurement.

You're fine.
