experence with MGEpc

Has anyone had a bad experence with MGEpc.com, they have a good build for you price. great pricing

Yes, they have fantastic prices. And yes, they will put your hardware togethor for you. Too bad their customer service is non-existent. VERY difficult to get ahold of. You should also note that their web site has NO details about return polcies or how to reach them via email. Furthermore, their posted customer serivce/tech support number is a joke. You're better off calling the toll-free sales number and going through their menu system.

My order didn't even come with an invoice - i.e. no proof of purchase. Plus the case they sent has NO VENTILATION PORTS. Try that with your 1.3 Ghz chip. My advice is to stay well clear of MGEPC.

YES I have had a terible experience with these idiots!! I took them 3 weeks to ship my motherboard and everything about this place REEKS of incompetence!!
STAY AWAY, there are plenty of other places out there!

The problem is always with the last thing you check ... so start there first.

Well i must have be a luckyone, i got evverything i ordered, and it all works fine, true it did take about three weeks to get my system, but i did have them mount the motherboard and the processor and all the drives, it was the first time i ever built and ordered a partial system to see if i could do it, at the time they were cheeper than newegg. i must say that i will never buy of the shelf again it is so much cheeper, and so dam easy to build your on system. i wish more people could do it, then they wont have to pay 2000.00 for a new computer again, hell i paid 600.00 for my system with a 1800+ amd. But from now on i will but my parts from newegg. because of speed od delivery.

I only LIE because you cant handle the truth.
