Experienced some throttling while gaming...

So, I was playing Wildstar openbeta (HURRAY) and experienced some sort of FPS drop, I always let the HWmonitor open to check temps when I would like to. So here we go:

If any of you can explain hows that possible, and even the Voltage Offset from the processor that is so no OCed...
A bit worried to get my rig damaged with those numbers...

I thought my laptop was overheating , but that ...
I just don't know how that is possible , maybe the motherboard is defective but I just can't tell ... i'm surprised
Or try to reset the motherboards settings to the default settings , might help with the cpu ?

I know its trully mistaken that data, i just got a bit worried about that voltage offset, was like, overclocking...
