well here are the radiators, my problem is the configuration of them, simply too many possibilities, so if you could find the time to give your opinions, I would really appreciate it.
I also need advice on a type of shroud for the radiators, the purpose is to inshore good air flow through the radiator.
and lastly how to attach the fans to the radiators?

I don't use a flow meter, never have, never will.

Having a picture of a flow meter does nothing to support a finding, especially when you cannot be 100% conclusive that it is reading correctly or you are accurately converting what is being reported. Does the flow meter registering on the pump without restriction show a flow rate that is close to the rated flow of the pump with your conversion?

If so, great, but if so, you're still running lower than 1.0 gpm on your loop, meaning your delta-T MUST be offset to calculate your cooling potential. Meaning - you have to over-rad to accomplish the same cooling ability that you could achieve with a higher flow. Adding cost of 3x 360 radiators ($60, example) starts to get expensive...
If its sealed then yes, pressure should equalise fairly quickly,
if one pump is more powerful and demands more fluid it can pull what it needs, whereas one with a lesser pump can trundle along pumping however much it needs to
how about the Coolerbox plan?
sealable coolbox, drill and grommet as many lines in as you need, two per loop obviously
Ryan would be a good guy to discuss it with as his reservoir is 6 gallon?
but larger resses allow for longer equalisation times, and if fanned up right, your loop should storm it at a low noise level :)

Yes I read it and I am having the problem that is described in the duel loop VS. Single loop scenario even they had to remove the second video card to stop the problem when clocked.

So with that stated, this is an extreme system, I have two pumps in the loop now and it still has the issue that is why I am considering this option to the problem. The problem is the processor is a lot more restrictive than the video cards so I am planning to isolate it from the other components I could probable get a away with two loops one for the CPU only and everything else on one other loop but I have plenty of rads so it does not bother me about the ability of other components to benefit from the cooling potential of the rads one 360 will cool one GPU as good as two 360's will. Same for the processor and any other components for that matter, I do like the idea of a single large res for the whole system as I know this will allow for greater drops on water temps and what moto said makes sense to me now that each pump will be able to pull what it can from the res allowing each loop to run at what it wants to.

Yes, this wil be a tubing nightmare, but my builds always are so it does not bother me, as long as it works well that is good enough for me.
 
The issue is that the processor block becomes more restrictive as it heats up causing the rest of system to heat up after it I have already tried moving the position of the processor to the end of the loop but it did not change the problem maybe if I parallel the processor alone and have the rest on the other side might fix the issue to there are a lot of options for me I just need to figure out what works best for this system.
 
I finally found out what the little rads are out of it is the thermal tank tide water, someone had removed the rads out of a lot of them and sold the rads individually, not a bad idea considering how well that idea worked. If you can’t sell the whole car, piece it out, you may make more money in the long run.
 
Ok so I have taken the loop apart to find some corrosion starting, I was able to remove with some soap and water added a little tarnex to clean it up and it was fine. So I am adding antifreeze back to the mix for this build, but back to the reason for dismantling of the loop in the first place. It was to create a total of three loops, for this build one with only the processor on the loop, one with the video cards, and the other has the memory and SSD. The reason for this setup is to have each loop running at the best speed possible for that loop, the processor loop will run at 4000 RPM’s, the video card loop will run at 6000 RPM’s, and the smaller loop runs at 2000 RPM’s, now each loop has its own speed that it likes to run at. I am, hoping that this will be the last time that I have to open this loop will have some pics later when I have finished with the work I will try again to clean up the hoses I have some more connectors now. I think I am getting better at this.
 
Well I got tired of trying to find better memory for the Asus board so I bought another it is the 990FXA-UD7 by gigabyte I also got some Samsung 1600MHz memory for the board will be installing this along with the new config. On the loops I will most likely replace the processor as well but I have not decided yet on what processor I will put in it for now it will be the 1100T any suggestions would be nice.
 
Well here is a new look at the motherboard that I have chosen and the memory. I will be putting this memory inside of the OCZ water blocks and placing them back on the loop with new memory inside of them. I like the looks of this board, lots of black with a little copper. Will have pics of all the fitting for this build latter still need a couple more before I will be happy with the way it looks. But it is coming along quite well and I have learned a lot already.

My last res was made from scratch, which gave me more volume, (2 litres Plus), than a traditional res of any brand, but I have need of that extra volume and you don't.

I'm finding more and more the water cooling I'm running is past traditional available products.

So fabricating and modding are becoming a way of life for me.

Even case designs do not fit my needs, so they succumb to the cutting tools!

True I do not need it now but keep in mind that I am building up to a new TEC system one day (about a year or two ) with new hardware to match. I thank that this hardware configuration is well balanced this time so I will try to do the same for the next one as well.
What do you think of this build? I know it is not running yet but you can get the idea of what the inside will have in it and how it is going to be tubed.
