Explorer.exe "No such interface supported"

Hello, I am pretty sure I have a virus on my computer which is restricting all access to my documents, my computer and my control panel. I cannot backup any files and photos as I cannot access them. Is there any fix which would allow me to do so?

Hmm I dont know where the original windows 7 disc is you see (its my grandmothers pc) and I've tried that cmd code already yesterday and nothing happened?

I dont know if Im allowed to bump but I'm still looking for a possible fix.
