This only happen once when the computer is on and does not happen after anymore. However, I still find it somewhat annoying that it happens every day when I turn on my computer.

Basically what happens is as followed:
At any point explorer.exe (I guess it is this process) freezes, meaning I can't click anything in my taskbar. I also am not able to adjust my volume by using the keyboard.

I understand basic computing, but I am lost where to start here. I have done some runs with CCleaner and Malware Bytes, but nothing serious popped up.

If anyone has some suggestion where to look or if you like me to share some additional information/logs, let me know.

I have not checked if my motherboard BIOS is up-to-date. This area is kinda unknown to me and how I actually should update this the correct way. By using CPU-Z I got referred to this page (http://biosagentplus.com/affiliate/cpuid?ref=1218). Is that a good start to update my BIOS, if necessary?
