explorer send to email

Only on one of three computers, when I tell it to send a page to email it
brings up outlook express instead of outlook. Doesn't matter what I put in
Options/Programs.

Herman,

Open Internet Options, Programs tab. Choose a different email client (say
Outlook) from the list and click Apply, and close the dialog. Repeat the
same and this time set Outlook Express as the default.

This may sound silly, but the incorrect configuration gets removed by doing
this. If that does not help, try DefaultMail:
