Question Exporting autocomplete from Outlook 2013 to 2007

I would like to see if anyone knows how to export the Autocomplete from 2013 to 2007.

I have tried with the Microsoft thread

But I am unsuccessful.

Outlook 2007 & 2013 store their respective autocomplete databases in completely different formats. You can import the .nk2 file used by 2007 into 2013 as Microsoft included that capability. However, the format used by Outlook 2013 does not exist in 2007 and therefore cannot be imported.

Bottom line, you cannot go backward, only forward.
