I need an external floppy disk holder for my Windows 95 Computer.

If you want it to work over USB, I don't think USB floppy drives support W95 (W98 and higher IIRC)
IF, and ONLY IF, you have W95 OSR2 or OSR2.5 (95b or 95c) you have a chance that a USB FDD *might* work. Otherwise there is this: (expensive)
