So, I know is a really really weird to complain about a good temperature, but today I changed the thermal paste for the third time in the life spam of my laptop, keep in mind, when the laptop was brand new and open from the box, the temperature was around 92° C, the first time I changed the thermal paste, was still, 92° C. But now for the second time, now is around 70-80° both CPU and GPU, so what did I do different this time? I used the same thermal paste, a grizzly aeronaut in both times.

Probably something I should do in the future is changing the thermal pats but so far they look in good state.

The other odd thing is that the chase of the laptop is starting to wear down, specially the plastic that held the screws, honestly I don't know if it has something to do the fact I traveled a lot during my 2 years of college (Between caring my laptop from point b to point a, the excising heat wear down the plastic... Or the plastic that Gigabyte uses is really bad quality, what do you think guys?

when new paste is applied. it can spike for a while until the paste expands and fills any voided between the IHS and the "cooler plate" it the laptop was only tested and then pasted and packaged . them your new (at the time paste would have needed to settle.. im guessing on the 3rd time you probably had used the laptop withing a day before repasting. and it settled faster.

it could also be that you covered the gpu and cpu better than previously..
