external hard drive can only be detected on device manager

my external hard drive can only be seen on device manager but not in my computer nor disk management

my hdd is seagate. i tried it in different computer with the same result. i can only see it in device manager but have not tried in bios. i also tried several data recovery software and it can only be detected after the initial installation but still can not access the drive

mojixmojica, go to device manager and remove the drivers and re boot. That will re load them again. If this does not solve the situation you may need to contact support here. Sorry about your situation and keep us posted.
