External Hard Drive choice Help needed

Hello all, i need recomendations and reviews on an external USB2.0/eSATA HDD.
There is 4 specs that are a must and thats USB2.0/eSATA, 7200RPMs and 1.5 TB.
Anyone any recomendations? Which one should i buy?
It will be used as a Media Play/BackUp Drive, i can spare prolly 150$ for it.

That's USB only.
Seagate has one about $130, sata cable not supplied:

I thought he meant he needs either/or...not both. Why do you need both in an external storage drive? Also, why the 7200rpm requirement? Speed is not an issue for media storage drives.
