I was hoping to add a few pics of what I see on my pc to show you about the external Hard drive and etc. But since I dont know how to i guess i wont be adding any pictures, so i will describe it as i can.
The computer detects the USB external hard drive from my other laptop But i dont know why its greyed out meaning almost as if its not there, then on another page it does show 3 out of 4 drivers that are installed, Then the last thing is it ask me to please insert a disk into drive D: not really sure as to it would change all of a sudden. but the hole tpoic to this is im trying to boot from a external hard drive that functions normally, Im just trying to get my files off of the hard drive it does have a operating system install on itbut its from a mac. but that still shouldent matter i need to get into it to get the files anyone have any ideas? I do have a USM Port to insert a third hard drive from like a laptop, but it still doesent read it cause I need to change the boot but which no one has told me how to yet.
