Question External Hard Drive showing 0 Bytes free of 931 GB

Well - it is full.
If you want to copy something into it, then you have to delete something first.

Also - check Recycle Bin and if System Protection is enabled on the drive.

Well, I tried to delete a file and it gained free space so yeah, it is full,. But I am wondering how did it get full as I've checked all the files and it only totals only to 880 GB? so roughly 40 GB should be left as free space. Also Recycle Bin is empty and System Protection is disabled.
