External Hard Disk: Used space different than 'selecting all files'

Example (my case):

Space used: 2.52TB
Selecting all files: 1,06TB
Where are the other 1.5 TB? oo

There's no hidden files;
It's not fragmentation;
It's not some protection;
There's no unallocated space.

Ideas??

lol, 2 folders are divergent in used space, only gets right when I open some folder until near the last level and calculate. Windows does not calculate correctly on the root of the disk? Why?
