When i connect my External HDD in a pc, Showing ..you need to format the disk in drive G: before you can use it. Do you want to format it ?

I tried chkdsk G: /f /r

It returned:
The type of file system is FAT32.
An error occurred while reading the file application table (FAT 1).
An error occurred while reading the file application table (FAT 2).
There are no readable file application tables (FAT)... what should i do now. I need all data back. Plz help me.

I need data back first.

Hi there Omar_bd,

How is the drive recognized by Disk Management?

I believe you will need to use some partition/data recovery tool. It would be nice to try to recover the data on another drive, so you can avoid data being overwritten.

Once you've recovered your data, you can test your drive, so you can check the health status out: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
