External HDD cannot be read

I have an external HDD which cannot be read, the disk appears in my computer but i am unable to use it. It does have some data on it but i do not want to keep it.
So far i have tried wiping it, formatting it, and deleting all of the partitions on it. None of these have had any effect.
When i went into disk management it was being read as RAW but whenever i see it in minitool partition manager it has multiple partitions all NTFS.

All i want is to be able to use the HDD not to recover the files. Any help would be appreciated

I will be able to provide additional information and screenshots if necessary.

This is what it tooks like from disk management (C is working correctly, it is not part of the problem it is the internal HDD all others are partitions and unassigned areas of the external HDD)

You could try clearing sector 0 with a disc editor, eg DMDE (freeware).

Select ...

Edit -> Edit Mode
Tools -> Fill Sectors
- pattern - 00
- start sector - 0
- number of sectors - 1

Ok thanks ill try that now, i have tried doing that before but with different programs and it said "operation successfully completed but the drive still had the exact same data

When i plugged in my HDD to check if it would work it had completely stopped working so im guessing it was physical damage, is there any way to remove these posts in the forum as this is kind of pointless now
