External HDD has a Recycle Bin Folder inside

Good Day!

kindly help me regarding this problem.

There is a recycle bin folder found in the HDD same like as the one in our desktop.

The problem is why is there a recycle bin there?

I know how to hide it but once I delete a file from desktop it goes to the recycle bin of external HDD which should not because its occupying its storage space.

Kindly enlighten me regarding this.

How is it triggered to replicate a recycle bin folder inside the HDD?
How do I delete it permanently not only hide it?
Is it because of a virus/malware/worm or something?

Recycle Bins on external HDs are perfectly normal, sometimes even System Volume Information partition also appears -- whenever Windows' explorer.exe is used.
