but in my modem, i port forwarded the internal, and later i tried the external(perhaps could work haahha), but the external kept locked.

ps: my firewall is already unlocked, and my ant virus too.
i don't know what i have to do, someone can help me please?

A lot of ports are blocked on most modems and routers.
What you probably need to do is open those ports as well as forward them to your computer.
You should find another tab/page on your modem/router for opening ports. open them on that tab/page then forward them to your computer on the other page.

Also you need to set a static IP on your computer. If you use DHCP you may or may not get the same IP address when you restart.

i'm searching and tried in "port triggering" but nothing happened too.

When checking external you need to use your router's/modem's IP address. Not your computers address.

For instance my computers address is 192.168.1.11 and I can set up a Teamspeak server on it . People in my home connected to my network connect to 192.168.1.11 for chat.
People not on my home network have to use my modem/routers address to connect. Which right now is 69.40.2.152, but could change if I loose DSL connection or reboot my modem.
Your home network address is not visible to connections outside of your home network.
You have 2 network IDs.
LAN or Local area network.
WAN or Wide area network.
A protocol called NAT , network address translation, is the go between to keep these two networks separated but connected.
You need to use your modem's IP address to connect to your computer from outside your home network.

but how i do that?
should i port forward as "192.168.1.1" ? can you tell me how i do it?

First you need to set a static IP address for your computer.
But I need to know what modem/router and OS (windows 7, 8 10 etc... you are using, the steps are a little different for each one.

I checked the IP address you listed above and it appears that it is your modems address and not your computers address. Could be wrong as it stated the IP address was a Dynamic assigned DSL address in Sao Paulo Brasil.
