I have a SSD which is my C: drive and I had a 1TB hard drive that I use to download games to (E: drive? can't remember which letter ._. ). I use Steam, and started downloading/updating a few games overnight, left my PC on (I've done this before) and when I came back, some of my games were grayed out (meaning it hasn't been downloaded). It also did this a few days ago when I did the same thing, but I started the downloads again to queue them, but instead of saying "allocating disk space" it said something along the lines of "searching for previously downloaded files" and it found them, and my download finished in a few minutes/restarted my PC and they were all back. This morning, it's not reading my drive at all. I found out that the grayed out games were the games downloaded to my 1TB hard drive and can't find it in My Computer anymore. I have checked and rechecked the cable connected to it and it's definitely connected. Dead drive?
