Extreme Green Flickering Lines in fullscreen mode

Hello guys I might need your help. Because since a couple of weeks ago my computer have been giving me a extreme green flickering whenever I try to play in 1920x1080p fullscreen( any other resolutions in fullsscreen work just fine), specifically in PUBG and Fortnite, I don't feel it in any other games but when I turn it to fulscreen (windowed) its just like it never happened, is there any specific reason for that?

Did you try changing refresh rate of your monitor?
Can you post photo of those green flickering lines?

Here is a video a photo was not explicit enough.
And no there was no option for me to change the refresh rate of the monitor.
