Hello all, sorry if this is an obvious fix but I have no clue what's going on. Basically my prebuilt computer has been running smoothly for 8 months, but in the last month my computer temperatures have been running way hotter than they should, going up to the throttle temp of 100 degrees Celsius no matter what game I'm playing. This is after I took my computer apart to reapply thermal paste and clean it of any dust as well. My idle temperatures are also roughly 20 degrees Celsius above normal at 60 degrees Celsius. I really need some help.

CPU: i7 10700K
Cooler: DEEPCOOL CASTLE 120EX ARGB AIO LIQUID CPU COOLER

After checking in my BIOS, I now see that my AIO Pump is shown as N/A. I don’t know if this was before or after I opened up my pc to try and fix this. Thanks for all of the replies so far guys, will look to fix this tomorrow.

"This is after I took my computer apart to reapply thermal paste..."

Suspecting that the cooler wasn't correctly.
After unplugging the cooler and plugging it back in again, the fan correctly started spinning again, and temperatures seem to be back to normal after doing some minor stress testing. Not sure what made it start overheating in the first place but it seems to be fine now. Thanks for the help 👍
