Extreme Usable Memory Problem

I decided to upgrade my pc by adding ram to my 6 gb pc. I applied a 4 gb stick and it works!! But the problem is that only 7.9 gb is used no matter what I do to the msconfig. I tried updating my bios but there is only for windows 8 and I am currently on windows 10. Plz Help!!

listen is it Like 10Gb (7.9GB use able) ? then it means the other 1.1Gb is used by Computer boot and other systems to start (if u meant this )
