It was working fine, and out of the blue it crashes on every start up now. I already un/re installed it. I know its quite a popular board sooooo..... anyone else have/fix this issue??
I would say simply don't use it. I had an ASrock Extreme4-M board which I hated, but long story short those overclocking programs manufacturers throw in are bad and best not to be used. If you plan to overclock your CPU do it through BIOS.

Oddly, I had the exact same issue yesterday. I have to wonder if there has been some update to windows that has broken it. May I ask your system specs?
It could be, it wouldn't be surprising. These programs never have good support or anything. I've rather liked the one on my Biostar board, but all I use it for is voltage and temp monitor.
Overclocking the CPU from Windows is extremely unstable, but if you are just needing a system monitor, try OpenHardware Monitor, COREtemp, or Speedfan.
Those two should work well enough for you. They put a lot more effort into those than most motherboard companies put into making their software since the software with a motherboard is usually more something cheap and flashy to attempt to sell more boards. It doesn't really need to work since most people just see it as an extra anyways.
