Extremely High Memory usage

I have constant 90% memory usage causing stuttering and lag in games. I have included a screenshot showing my memory usage this happens with every major program I open.

Solution
Due to a possible memory leak issue:

As a 1st trouble shooting step, if you haven't already done so, get rid of the killer network extraneous software.

Go to:

https://www.killernetworking.com/driver-downloads/category/other-downloads

Get the INF package.

If you don't know how to install drivers from device mananger from INF packages, there are many videos available on youtube showing you how.

Uninstall the ENTIRE Killer Network Suite

Reboot

If the bare driver isnt't found while rebooting, use device manage and the INF file to install the bare driver

There is too much of tabs opened in chrome that could be the issue... Close some and you should see a difference in memory usage.... You can also use xmp to increase memory clocks but check if you ram is compatible with it
