[SOLVED] Extremely long HDMI cable potential problem?

Not going to give a back story but I have this question. Is possible to use a 25 foot + HDMI to run from my computer (with a GTX 1070) to my television; & would this cause any problems? I plan on using this as a monitor to view the net. No streaming planned. Yes my Fire TV does allow me to browse the Internet, but it does so in mobile mode such as when viewing a page on your phone.

On a separate note is there a possible app that would allow me to use my phone as a mouse using my network Thanks for your input.

25 feet cables might work.
if you want to be 100% sure, get an active cable
optical cables will also work.

HDMI cable for 25ft won't be an issue. Due to the signal being digital, you shouldn't lose integrity over that distance. I second the active cable for extra assurance.

while digital cables dont have interference, they can have artifacts if the cable is faulty (which happens more often with a longer cable)
and can just, not work.

Would other electronics cause digital interface? Such as artifacts and pixelated pictures.
