Question Extremely loud HP PC that won't calm down ?

In the past I have made a post about my 4 year old HP office computer getting really loud when I turned it on. Turns out it would become quiet after a few minutes of use, and it was just some BIOS protection layer HP has in most of their computers. But recently, I began to notice that my pc would get as loud as it would get when it would turn on, but it would stay that way until I shut it off. It could go on for hours, and it is just so annoyingly loud that it has been driving me nuts lately. Why is it just loud all of the sudden and not becoming quiet like it used to? I do know some basic computer things but I have tried everything to stop it, including forums and tutorials from HP themselves. The fans are relatively clean, and I can't find the source of the noise either. Please help!

i think the computer might be overheating.

It really isn't, it does this on some cold mornings. Also my cpu is modest so It would take a while for it to overheat, and using task manager the Temps for my gpu is 34 C

I think the cooling system need urgent improving — overheating has never been good for devices.

It is not overheating though
