extremely quiet case fans

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows of a good four pack (or individual) of EXTREMELY quiet case fans that aren't extremely expensive. Ideally, I would like them to be below 18 db (at max operation).
I bought a few of these corsair af 120's a while back and my computer is kind of loud, meh. I would like to replace them.

Be Quiet! Silent Wings 3, can't beat them for noise full stop.
Unfortunately you're going to be slugging out $18.90 per fan, bringing you to a total of around $50, use two as intake and one as exhaust.
Well worth it imo, but up to you to decide; silence costs you.

I was looking at these earlier, they look sick and have extremely low noise output. The price though... I'll definitely have to think about it for a bit. For this price I could almost update my case to something a bit quieter. I have a versa n21 from thermaltake and it's not exactly a super quiet case either

Yeah, that's something to consider.
Fans are probably worth it in your case over getting a new case though, the N21 serves its purpose as a basic box to put all your stuff in, but the included fans on that are pretty mediocre, its usually better with most companies.
Up to you which is more important, although changing cases takes a lot more effort.
