Question Extremely slow boot times-about 30 minutes

Machine: Dell Optiplex 5050, core i7-7700, 64GB Ram, Windows 10
Everything updated. Tried safe boot (ok). Removed everything in the startup, the problem insists. Removed antivirus-> Problem insists
The boot log given below. Any Ideas?

Never mind i have to learn how to read lol duh. Have you tried unplugging the hd just to see if it changes anything? Also your log file does not work, at least for me.
I have never tried to remove the HDD. The log file can be found here

Did you ever get any blue screens with codes? And have you checked your event viewer for critical events? In bios have you changed any settings and have you tried resetting them to orginal settings?
No BSODs. The problem started suddenly 2 years before, but I haven't checked this so far. PC works fine so far. In bios, I haven't changed anything. And that's strange....

1. What are ALL the parts in this system?

2. Reduce it down to the minimum needed to run.
1 drive, 1 stick of RAM....see what happens.
Then, add components back in until the problem resurfaces.

Last bios time: 18sec
I haven't tried to unplug the HDD. But I don't believe this could make a change.
