Question Extremely slow boot times-about 30 minutes

Machine: Dell Optiplex 5050, core i7-7700, 64GB Ram, Windows 10
Everything updated. Tried safe boot (ok). Removed everything in the startup, the problem insists. Removed antivirus-> Problem insists
The boot log given below. Any Ideas?

It may be a bad boot drive with a bad sector. Run chkdsk in command/terminal and see if it tells you anything.

I forgot to say that the disk is not working due to waiting time.

Both drives, nvme SSD for the system and HDD for the data are working pretty good. HD Sentinel shows 85% health for SSD, 100% health for HDD. Chkdsk returns no bad sectors.

Never mind i have to learn how to read lol duh. Have you tried unplugging the hd just to see if it changes anything? Also your log file does not work, at least for me.

Unfortunately, no. I have deleted all restore points in a try to find the problem. The only thing I have is this log file.

Did you ever get any blue screens with codes? And have you checked your event viewer for critical events? In bios have you changed any settings and have you tried resetting them to orginal settings?

No BSODs. The problem started suddenly 2 years before, but I haven't checked this so far. PC works fine so far. In bios, I haven't changed anything. And that's strange....

No video card, just the integrated one. And today I have reinstalled the drivers too.

1. What are ALL the parts in this system?

2. Reduce it down to the minimum needed to run.
1 drive, 1 stick of RAM....see what happens.
Then, add components back in until the problem resurfaces.

What does task manager/startup show for bios time?

Nothing is ruled out, until proven fully functional.
