Hello,
I have an extremely slow boot problem,
Since the windows boot appears (the rotating circles), at least 45 seconds pass before the login screen appears.
it's normal?

My configuration is:

CPU: Intel i9-7690X
RAM: 4 x Corsair Venege 2666 MHz 16 GB DDR4
MOBO: Asus strix gaming-e x299
USB HUB: Fresco Logic FL1100
RAID CONTROLLER: HighPoint SSD7103
SSD: 4x Samsung NvME SSD 970 evo (raid 0)
HARD DISK 1 : WD Green 1 TB
HARD DISK 2: Seagate ST2000M001 2TB
CARD READER: NZXT Aperture M Card Reader
GPU 1: Nvidia GTX1070
GPU 2: Nivdia GT640 (GDDR5 edition)
PSU: CoolerMaster 1000W
RHEOBUS: NZXT Sentry-LXE
OS: WINDOWS 10 PRO

Windows installation is clean

I also tried to remove all the hard disks and USB devices, leaving them alone PCIE Raid Controller, 1 Mouse and Keyboard, RAM, CPU, 1 GPU, PSU

What can I do to make the boot faster?

Thank you!

If I may, the board you own has two onboard M.2 slots that will operate at x4 mode and allow you to RAID them, if you so need, why go for a RAID solution outside of the board, for your M.2 drives? Might want to check and see if you have the latest BIOS onboard your motherboard and also take note of the version for your OS. We're currently on 1903. If 1903, did you perform a clean install or an update for the OS?

Thank you so much for answering me.
Yes I have the latest BIOS installed. Windows is build 1903, I installed a previous version and then I did the update. I went outside the m.2 of the motherboard for two reasons: Have two m.2 in the motherboard: took away sata doors and I had the possibility of having another two m.2 and the raid card at a good price.

Do you have any idea about how to solve?

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes I installed the pcie raid card drivers. I tried in the second (16x) and in the third (8x) but I didn't see any differences in the boot ... I also tried to format, to start in safe mode, but nothing. I think it's some bios setup or something I ignore ... any ideas?
