Hello, I'm having a major issue.
Here's my build..
Mobo: MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max
CPU: Ryzen 5 5500
PSU: Thermaltake Smart BX1 750W 80 Plus Bronze
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 DDR4 3200 MHz
GPU: Intel Arc A750 Limited Edition

I've had my system for 5 months now and it's been a good machine. However, today I turned my PC on, played my favorite game for a few minutes, shut the game off. I left my PC on while I went and did stuff around the house. About an hour passed and I went back into my game room and my PC was off. I turned it back on and it won't boot. The EZ-Debug CPU lights stays on. I can't figure out what the problem is. I did most the normal, routine stuff.. removed cpu, put it back after wiping off the old thermal paste and applying more.. took out one RAM stick.. removed my gpu.. nothing is working.. I can't get it to boot.. what am I missing ?.. Could my CPU be bad ?.. PSU went bad ??.. GPU went bad ? Please help me.. Thank you in advance..

Crap quality PSU.

For 2nd opinion, look at PSU tier list,

You'll find your doorstop under Tier D.

Most likely scenario;
PSU went "boom" and released magic smoke. And since what you have is crap quality unit, you can expect everything that was connected to the PSU, to be dead as well (aka your whole PC).

So, at bare minimum, you're looking towards new, good quality PSU.
Good PSUs to go for, are: Seasonic Focus/Vertex/PRIME, Corsair RMx/RMi/HXi/AXi, Super Flower Leadex Gold/Platinum/Titanium. (All of them are Tier A.)

While, most likely, Tt PSU took something else with it as well. Symptoms point towards dead MoBo (hence the CPU debug LED). But GPU can be also toast. Same with SSD/HDD, RAM and CPU. Essentially, everything.

Troubleshooting wise;
Get good quality PSU and look if PC powers on. If it does, great, you got lucky.
If not, time to replace more components. MoBo and GPU are the 1st ones to go when PSU acts up. So, 2nd replacement would be MoBo. And i'd also try with 2nd, known to work GPU, to rule out GPU being dead. RAM and CPU are quite durable but not invincible either.

Moral of the story: NEVER cheap out on PSU! Also, never buy used PSU either.

You saving 15 bucks, will cost you now easy 150 bucks in component replacement (new PSU and MoBo), if not more.
15 bucks is the difference of your Tt Smart series and good quality Seasonic Focus unit,
