Question Ez debug led dram/boot loop

I just built my first pc and was so excited to run her for the first time until it kept turning on and off. on my mobo it’s saying dram on the ez debug. I have tried reconnecting everything but nothing seems to fix it.

My parts are:
Mobo: MSI B360 Gaming plus
cpu: i5-6400
ram: corsair vengeance lpx 2400mhz 16gb
case: nzxt h500i
psu: rose will glacier 500w

my pc will start with neither of my ram sticks in, but i will still have no screen display.
