[SOLVED] Ez Debug Lights Flashing

I just built my pc with:
Motherboard: MSI MPG X570 EDGE
CPU: RYZEN 3800 XT
RAM: CORSAIR LPX VENGEANCE DDR4 3200
New built. Disconnected everything except cpu and 1 ram. The only response I get is a sequence of ez debug light, in the order of 1) long flash of cpu, 2) short flash of vga and boot simultaneously, 3)follow by long flash of VGA.
I also cleared the CMOS.

Any Suggestions?
