Question PC froze, rebooted and after reboot blue screened and wouldnt post anymore

While i was playing balatro and talking to friends on discord, my pc suddenly froze and rebooted, afterwards it blue screened once it rebooted and again giving me some kernel issue.

Afterwards the pc wouldnt post and the fans wouldnt spin on the gpu, heres what i tried:

Re-seatting gpu: nothing
Trying a spare gpu (1650 super): nothing, but the fans did spin on that one
Using different pcie cables to power the gpu: nothing

What eventually worked was either resetting the bios or re-seating the ram, after that it posted with both gpus, since it was late i ran a few tests and it seemed to be stable, not sure if this was some sort of ram or gpu issue but id appreciate any help, thanks in advance.

I have corsair cv550

I used heaven benchmark and cinebench, didnt crash

Then i tried the mem test with aida64 last night since i didnt have memtest on hand, didnt crash

Checked the ssd’s health and it was at 91% health
