Ez debug lights going on system not working

My ez debug light do this first I start it ans it goes to dram for about 10 seconds then stays at vga I really need help

Makes no difference which output you are using most of the time, which motherboard and which graphics card ?

Haha update woke up checked the hdmi and it wasn't in its working fine and I am an idiot

VGA means any video output device when talking about debug lights.
There's a problem with whatever is trying to provide you a visual display.
Because either you don't have a graphics card in the system, or the one you do isn't working.
