Question Ez debug VGA light

Hey So i moved my pc to a new setup and it stopped giving signal to the monitor thwre is a VGA light on and i cant do anything about it i cleared CMOS reseated the gpu like a milion Times reseated the ram and i dont know what to do really please help.

GPU:gtx 1050 ti windforce 4 gb
Motherboard: h110m pro vd
CPU: i5 7600k
Power supply: chieftec GPS-600A8
SSD: patriot burst 240 gb

I had this problem a couple of Times but it went away with time or me clearing CMOS and things like that

I've had this a few times when it detected that my computer wasn't properly connected to the monitor. Did you check that wire by any chance?

I mean it looks good to me everything is connected
