Question EZ LED Debug White Light CPU

Hi, a while back my display just suddenly shut off while i was playing some games, it wouldnt display anything on the monitor and still won't. I took a closer look and i have the EZ LED Debug CPU light at a still white. I replaced the motherboard but the issue seems to persist - also checked cpu for faulty pins etc but it all seems fine (also plugged in and out every single part but still the same). The pc powers up but shuts down after maybe 5 minutes, what may be the issue here? I'd love to get some advice before i go about buying a new CPU.

Specs are B450 Motherboard, Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, 2070 Super gpu, 650w powersupply, 16gb ram.

P.S it is not a new build, i've had it for over a year and a half and it's been working fine till now
