F1 2010 - Lagging

The F1 2010 - Codemasters in lagging on AMD Atlhon II X2 4400e, ATI Radeon HD 4350 (512 MB), 3GB RAM, and according to the system requirements, I should play smoothly this game on low-graphics-settings, but it lags. Any solutions ?!

If you lower the resolution, it will run faster.
A good solution would be to upgrade your rig 😉

I'm playing on 800x600, the lowest resolution. What's a rig ?
