Fable 3 lag issues

I have a pretty powerful computer and I am receiving enormousness amounts of lag when I play this game.
SPECS:
CPU: AMD FX 8350 Viscera 4.0 Ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce Gtx 660 ti
Memory: 16 gb. 1300 mhz.
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate edition.
With these specs I'm sure I should be able to play just about any game on highest graphics if not decent.

Well you shouldn't have any lag, try on medium.

You need to turn off v-sync and force it through Nvidia Control Panel if you wish. Also follow this link to turn off the awful blur effect:
