Factory clock keeps changing

This is my first post so I just wanna say hello.

Okay i'll get to my problem. The problem I am having is that, every time I restart my computer my CPU FSB is on 201MHz. Thats whats its reading it as in Everest and nvidia tools. I went into my BIOS and checked there but it is on 200MHz.

What i have done recently was I wanted to just see how it was to overclock so I was using Rivatuner to overclock my graphics card and BIOS and nvidia tools for my CPU, but i later changed them back to my factory and now it no longer stays on 200MHz. I have to manually go to nvidia tools and change the FSB to 200MHz every time I restart my Computer

My Specs are: EVGA NF41 SLI motherboard
Athlong 64 X2 4400+
Evga e-Geforce 8800GT Akimbo Superior cooling
3GB RAM DDR400 (2x1GB G.Skill & 2x512mb Corsair Platinum Series)
Microsoft Vista Ultimate 32-bit Service Pack 1

thank you in advance

lol okay. But in case i still want it too exact 200MHz. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? i tried looking everywhere. even checked the BIOS. thank you for the reply

Why does it matter so much? No clock will be perfect - I have my memory set to run at DDR3-1600 for example, and right now, according to CPU-Z, it's actually running at 1603.6 MHz effective. As long as its stable, it isn't anything to worry about, and it is likely that nothing you do will make the clock more accurate.
