So 3 weeks ago i bought a new PSU and new graphics card for my factory made pc. I bought this hp-2056sc 2 years ago. After a week struggling to get them to work i finally was able to start the computer. I didn't hear any sounds or beeps, it just turned on. PSU was working, graphics card's fans were spinning and also the fan above microprocessor was spinning. I was totally hearing those "typical ticking sounds" when you boot a computer normally(if that's a good way to describe those sounds lol). But for some reason i didn't see any LED lights turn on and the case fan didn't start spinning. I also didn't see any display on monitor when i plugged it with DVI-A to VGA adapter to graphics card( my monitor has only vga).
I tried various tips and tricks around the internet but couldn't find anything that would have helped me so far.
