Question Factory refurbished Sapphire Nitro RX 6900 XT SE ?

I am getting an authentic factory refurbished RX 6900 XT SE for around $500 USD with 5 months dead warranty. Should I get it? What things do I need to check for?

For reference here are the prices in my country of similar tier GPUs:

New Sapphire Pulse RX 7900 GRE: $642 USD
New sapphire Nitro RX 7800 XT: $607 USD
