Failed system wipe. Endless error and restart loop

Hello there, today my steam was hacked and i got a trojan, so i followed this guide to wipe my pc http://youtu.be/RA1LSmLwEfI.

It then downloaded much like the first install with putting the disk in and such. My pc restarted and i could choose between start normally or something about earlier or repair. Both of them produced an error which would repeatedly loop and restart my pc everytime http://imgur.com/2sKLRru

If anyone could help me, i would appreciate it greatly.

use the windows installer go into dos mode *c pormpt and use the diskpart clean command to wipe all data off your hard drive and start fresh.

In all honesty your best bet would to be just re-install. This is why backups are so important.

You need to get a bootable program to wipe your HDD, After you have done so try re-installing and let us know the results.
