I have two old laptop hdd. both of them have windows files on them probably because of that my new pc dont let me delete everything on them. i I delete partition and united the whole storage to 120 gb back but know I cant delete the rest of the files. I tried diskpart and chose the disk and wrote clean but it gives virtual disk service error. How can I solve this?

Seagate Momentus 5400.3
https://www.seagate.com/files/docs/pdf/datasheet/disc/ds_momentus_5400.pdf

both came from old hp pavilion laptop. 2.5-Inch

I opened Disk Management. One of the hdd was divided to two parts/30gb + 90gb). I succesfully clean everything in one partition and clicked extended volume and united whole disk(120gb). After that I couldn't delete the rest of the disk. With Pressing the Windows key and R I entered Diskpart thab I followed exectly what this website said
  • Type the following command to list all the active drives and press Enter:
    list disk
  • Type the following command to select the drive that you want to clean and press Enter:
    select disk(I correctly selected mine
  • Type the following command to wipe out the drive and press Enter:
    clean
but when I clicked enter it said "virtual disk service error"
