Failed to connect to a windows service (group policy client)

Hello,

I started receiving this notification yesterday and today. It is a littler blurb from windows, and I've never encountered the error. If you're not familiar with it, the message encourages the user to look at the Event Viewer for troubleshooting. I am attaching an image of my recent logs because I am very unfamiliar with the group policy aspect of windows. Additionally, my machine used to boot up in 10 seconds; now it has increased upto 30 or more.

This machine is not on a domain, and it is just my personal home desktop.

Sorry for the delayed response. In the video tutorial, the guy uses CoinitializeSecurityParam, but in my Regedit, the value is currently ColnitializeSecurityParam. What's the difference, and should I change it to match the tutorial?
